Whistler Mountain opened the Peak Chair on Friday, December 3rd and conditions were stellar, thanks to fresh snow received during the week and an epic “Top of the World” effect from the clouds.

I hooked up with Dave & Tessa Treadway, Izzy Lynch and Pierrot Bernier for my first day of shooting of the season. We worked two laps off the backside of the Peak and then crossed over to Blackcomb gondola for a sunset finish in Ziggy’s Meadows. Winter is definitely here!
